Neal Evenhuis - PI

Neal Evenhuis is a research entomologist and Chairman of the Natural Sciences Department at Bishop Museum in Honolulu.

His speciality is Pacific dolichopodids, bee flies, and Mythicomyiidae. For the Fiji Arthropod Survey, he is taking on the Keroplatidae, Mycetophilidae, Asilidae, Strongylophthalmyiidae, Neriidae, Limoniidae, and Tipulidae. Neal has published over 500 species of Diptera in over 300 scientific publications in his 30 years of work in entomology.
