Family ANSORGIIDAE

The family Ansorgiidae was erected by Krzeminski & Lukashevitch (1993) based on the single genus Ansorgia. The family was placed by these authors as closely related to Ptychopteridae. Unfortunately, Ansorgia is preoccupied by Ansorgia Warren, 1899. A new replacement name, Ansorgius is proposed here by Wieslaw Krzeminski for Ansorgia.
